The first step in constructing a device or procedure-specific training plan is an assessment of objectives and a review of the procedure/devices as well as having a clear understanding of the key teaching points you want accomplished in a simulation. Working with your clinical team, we identify the critical training parameters essential for effective product use and effectively combine the best attributes of didactic education, case observation, and actual patient proctoring into an integrated “hands-on” simulation training experience without patient risk.
