Jim Brennan

Mr. Jim Brennan serves as vice president, client account management for Medical Simulation Corporation. Mr. Brennan started his career in Product Marketing at DuPont before moving into various sales and sales management roles and left DuPont after seven years to pursue his entrepreneurial interests. He has a proven track record of delivering multi-million dollar results for various manufacturing companies in electronic devices and material sciences including enterprises such as GE, Motorola, Tyco, Kyocera and Intel. In this role, Mr. Brennan managed the strategic relationships between various global locations of clients such as IBM, Seagate, Hewlett-Packard and Apple.

In the B2B sector, Mr. Brennan excels at understanding the Sales Channel. This includes focused account management, business development and recommended channel strategies for direct sales management, independent agent organizations, distribution and reseller networks. Mr. Brennan has a BA degree in Pre-Law from Penn State University. He did post-graduate work at both the University of Kansas and the University of Colorado and has an MBA degree with a specialization in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.


Tom Foley

Mr. Tom Foley serves as vice president of business development for Medical Simulation Corporation. In this role, Mr. Foley provides vital leadership in growing key strategic manufacturing accounts. His years of customer-facing experience provide MSC with the unique perspectives required to grow good customers into strong partners.

Mr. Foley brings a proven track record developed over 30 years in providing successful leadership across various industries. He has spent time and capital as the entrepreneurial lead in five start-ups and early stage companies in different industries including electronics, medical services, electrical distribution and renewable energy. Tom has a BS degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University.


Alan I. Golombek

Mr. Alan Golombek serves as business development manager for the Hospital Division of Medical Simulation Corporation. In this role he presents advanced solutions to hospitals that are intended to help them meet new and emerging requirements and regulations from organizations such as Leapfrog, IHI, Joint Commission and CMS, a role on which he specifically has focused for more than eight years. Mr. Golombek's expertise lies in the areas of new-technology introduction and the development of sales and marketing strategies for the hospital market. Importantly, his efforts have resulted in the companies he represented establishing brand recognition and increasing market share in markets dominated by companies such as Philips, GE, and Siemens.

Mr. Golombek has more than 25 years of experience in the hospital sector, including positions where he has worked with the corporate level within many of the largest integrated health care networks and group purchasing organizations in the United States and Canada. For the last 20 years he has held various management positions with medical companies focusing in the area of critical care, cardiac disease, and physiological monitoring. He has been recognized for his expertise in the management and development of sales personnel, and has participated in key marketing and product development programs at all levels of the corporation. Mr. Golombek is a graduate of Temple University in Philadelphia.


Ellen Mouton

Mrs. Ellen Mouton serves as Director of Business Development for the healthcare professional division of Medical Simulation Corporation. She has a dynamic blend of creative, conceptual, and leadership skills with over 10 years of progressive healthcare sales, operations, and information technology experience. She has successfully merged differing industries in the healthcare market to provide innovative, new business solutions. Her in-depth knowledge of the hospital, payor, and provider markets from a successful career selling, managing, and implementing complex Healthcare solutions has expanded MSC's market share and SimSuite presence since she joined the MSC team in 2005.

Mrs. Mouton holds a Bachelors of Science in Organismal Biology and a Minor in European History from the University of Kansas, Lawrence. She lives in Denver with her husband and two children.


Sammy Peppers

Mr. Sammy Peppers is director of business development for manufacturer accounts. He currently manages two key manufacturer customer accounts and directs MSC international business partnerships for these customers in Europe and Asia-Pacific. Mr. Peppers business focus is emerging medical device companies and the development of medical product commercialization and training infrastructure.

For five years prior to this position, Mr. Peppers was director of clinical education and responsible for the clinical development department, overseeing simulation development, curriculum design, and implementation of customer education programs. His notable accomplishments include development and implementation of the SimSuite Carotid Education Program, project lead for Percutaneous Heart Valves, management of the MSC Physician Author Program, and operations director for MSC European Training Programs. Mr. Peppers is a former critical care and cardiac cath lab nurse at the University of Colorado Hospital in Denver and St. Joseph's Hospital in Atlanta. He attended the University of Alabama and Floyd College, and holds degrees in Nursing, Psychology and English Literature.
